Welcome to VentureCharter! These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of venturecharter.top and any related services, info products, or goods offered by VentureCharter.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing venturecharter.top, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Definitions

Service: Business formation guidance and related consulting services.
Info Product: Digital materials such as eBooks, courses, templates, or guides.
Goods: Physical items available for purchase through venturecharter.top.

3. Payment Terms

All fees are displayed at the time of purchase. You agree to pay all charges for the selected Service, Info Product, or Goods. Accepted methods include major credit cards and other payment options as indicated at checkout. Charges will appear on your statement as “VentureCharter.”

4. Provision of Services

VentureCharter will deliver Services in accordance with the scope and timeline specified in your order confirmation. Completion times may vary depending on project complexity and responsiveness.

5. Info Products

Upon purchase of an Info Product, you will receive access credentials or downloads as described in the product listing. Access is granted immediately unless otherwise noted.

6. Goods

Physical items will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Shipping timeframes are estimates and may be affected by external factors.

7. Refund Policy

The following refund options apply based on the type of purchase:

Service Purchases: If you request a refund within 7 days of purchase and VentureCharter has not commenced substantive work, you may receive a full refund of fees paid. Requests must be sent via contact form. If work has begun, a partial amount corresponding to unused hours may be refunded or applied toward a future service at no extra charge. Once the Service is completed in full, no refund is available.
Info Products: If unsatisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that less than 10% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.
Goods: For physical items that are defective or damaged, you may request a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be sent back in unused condition. Approved refunds are processed upon receipt of the goods and inspection.

You may also elect to apply any eligible refund amount as credit toward another Service, Info Product, or Good offered by VentureCharter within 6 months of the original purchase date.

Certain custom Service packages and bulk orders are non-refundable due to their bespoke nature. Such terms will be clearly stated in the order description.

8. Modifications and Transfers

You may request adjustments to the scope or schedule of a Service by contacting us via contact form. Subject to availability, requests submitted at least 5 business days before the scheduled start will be accommodated without additional fees. Changes after work has commenced may incur additional charges based on the extent of modifications. All adjustments will be confirmed in writing.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

All Services, Info Products, and Goods are provided “as is.” VentureCharter makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VentureCharter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. VentureCharter’s total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the relevant Service, Info Product, or Good.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising under them shall be governed by the laws of Qatar. Any claim or controversy shall be submitted to the competent courts of Doha.
